Harry & Sonia Golubcow were Holocaust survivors from Miory, Poland. After losing all their family members (Harry Golubcow) and almost all except for one sister (Sonia) to Hitler's murderers, Harry & Sonia miraculously survived and emigrated to the United States to start a new life. They began their new journey as chicken farmers in Vineland, NJ and then moved to the Atlantic City area where they ran a small hotel for many years.

They raised two children constantly instilling in them the importance of education - both secular and in Yiddishkeit. Learning, understanding, and practicing Judaism and tzedakah was always an important focus to the Golubcows.

This scholarship honors the memory of Harry & Sonia Golubcow - promoting learning and Yiddishkeit for any child in need seeking to further his/her studies in Yiddishkeit and in Torah.

The Fund is sponsored by the Golubcow family.
