Model Matzo Bakery |

Baking traditional matzah is a very delicate process with strict rules. This year Atlantic County children will have the opportunity to take part in actually baking their own. Children and their parents will participate in the entire process of baking matzah, the way it was traditionally done in real Passover matzah bakeries. They will learn about the significance of the matzah, sing songs, have tons of fun, and go home with their own matzah and a matzah baker's hat.
